Ulcers suitable diet
I have discovered that I have many sensitivities to foods including onions and nuts You can try a food illumination diet to discover if you are having issues with any foods. I used to apply Bonjela, Anbesol or Iglu to the ulcer. I have suffered with ulcers in my mouth my whole life. Thanks everyone for contributing and letting me and the world know of such an effective treatment. but still no changes. I PRAY FOR EVERYONE that suffers with this. Tonight I have started to rub half a paracetamol tablet (Anadin Extra broken in half) to the affected area and leave it on the sores for a few minutes - unbelievable, the pain goes away for a few hours. gone several treatment. So it prob is the cause but I SUFFER with these. About 6 mnths ago i was on 3 different antibiotics and my mouth exploded with ulcers. My Dr believesbthis to be a vitamin deficiency. I have suffered from mouth ulcers for years. It actually gives me 2 to 3 hours relief. I read that people with digestive diseas are prone to them.
Since then i get a week maybe 2 or 3 wks reliefe and only on my tongue i get ulcers. I had about 8 ulcers on my tongue caused by the side effect of a medicine. any one Help for Good Treatment. Am suffering tongue ulcer. Like i said it burns but the relief is unlike anything else. I hope i can finally stop the ulcers from coming back. I could not talk and could not eat, nothing gave me relief and i was having the worst time i ever had with ulcers. I landed on this webpage and within 30 minutes of that my pain was 90% gone. I was hoping i could find the reason and stop them all together. I was in pain for 1 month for my tongue blister and I rushed the paracetamol tablet on tongue the pain was gone after a day thanks for all who recommended. however this was a temporary solution. I pour it directly on my tongue, swish it around. But the paracetamol trick eliminated most of the pain now and I will do the same if the pain returns until the ulcers are gone. Rubbing a Panadol (paracetamol) tablet on the ulcer worked for me.
